01Purpose and scope
These terms apply to browsing information and making project inquiries on jkh.co.kr, operated by JKH Technologies (JKH). This website introduces development services and projects. It does not provide registration or online payments.
02Information and services
JKH provides information about website, Windows application and Android app development. Project descriptions and demonstration screens may include illustrative examples. Actual scope, deliverables, schedule, fees and maintenance are agreed in a separate project contract.
03Project inquiries
You may compose an inquiry through email or the inquiry form. The form prepares a draft in your email app; you must send it yourself. An inquiry does not create a development contract or reserve a schedule. Do not include another person's information or unnecessary sensitive data.
04Acceptable use
Use this website for ordinary browsing and consultation. Unauthorized access, malicious code, disruption, impersonation, spam and infringement of others' rights are prohibited. Do not use the inquiry function for advertising or bulk messaging.
05Content and intellectual property
Rights in JKH-created logos, designs, text, example interfaces and code belong to JKH or the relevant rights holder. Commercial reproduction, distribution or modification requires permission. Materials provided under separate licenses and uses permitted by applicable law remain subject to those conditions.
06Website operation and external links
JKH may update information or temporarily suspend parts of the website for maintenance or incident response. Linked websites and your selected email service are subject to their operators' policies. JKH does not operate those external websites.
07Privacy and disputes
Personal information is addressed in the separate Privacy Policy. Contact ceo@jkh.co.kr with questions or objections. Disputes will first be addressed through discussion; unresolved matters follow the procedures and jurisdiction provided by applicable law. These terms do not restrict statutory user rights.
08Changes and effective date
Changes and their effective date will be published on this page. Changes to these website terms do not by themselves alter an existing development contract. These terms apply from March 18, 2024, the company founding date.
