01Scope and purposes
JKH Technologies (JKH) handles information needed for project consultation, replies, follow-up inquiries and normal website operation. This website has no registration, online payments, advertising tracking or third-party visitor analytics.
02Information and collection
When you send an inquiry, JKH may receive your name, email address, selected service, message and information you voluntarily include in the email. Form input is not transmitted to or stored on this website's server while you compose it. Server operation may produce access records such as IP address, request time, path and response status, used for operation and error investigation.
03Retention and deletion
Received inquiry information is deleted without undue delay when consultation, replies and follow-up requests are complete and it is no longer needed. Information required for a resulting contract is handled according to that contract and its purpose. Where applicable law requires retention, only necessary records are kept separately for the required period. Older access records are removed through server log rotation. Electronic records are deleted in a manner intended to prevent recovery; printed records, if any, are destroyed.
04Sharing and processors
JKH does not provide inquiry information to third parties for advertising or sale. Sharing requires consent or another applicable legal basis and is limited to what is necessary. This website itself does not send form input to an external processor. Your selected email service also applies its own policies. If additional outsourced processing is introduced, the processor and assigned work will be disclosed here.
05Language preferences and storage
The website uses a jkh-language cookie and browser local storage to remember your selected language. The value is ko or en and does not contain your inquiry or email address. The cookie is configured to expire after one year. Local storage remains until you remove it or change language. You can delete or block cookies and site data in your browser. Language-specific URLs remain usable without these preferences.
06Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing for your information by contacting ceo@jkh.co.kr. JKH verifies identity and the request and responds under applicable law. If a legal retention obligation or another legal restriction prevents fulfillment, the reason will be explained. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information.
07Protection and contact
JKH's policy is to limit access to personal information to what is needed for work and to manage account and record access permissions. For privacy inquiries, rights requests and complaints, contact the JKH privacy contact at ceo@jkh.co.kr.
08Independent assistance
For privacy incident advice or dispute mediation in Korea, you may contact the Personal Information Infringement Report Center at privacy.kisa.or.kr or the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee at www.kopico.go.kr. Current contact procedures are available on their websites.
09Policy changes
This page and its effective date will be updated when information handling changes. This policy applies from March 18, 2024, the company founding date.
